I've started my subscription. When do I get my box?

If the payment  is made and received before the last day of the previous month, you’ll get your subscription box on the 15th. However, payment is received during the month, you’ll get your subscription box next month.

For example - Jenny paid on the 27th August. She’ll get the September box.

Each box is sent out on the 15th on each month (unless the 15th happens to fall on a weekend or public, then it will be on the following Monday).

Delivery time is approximately 3 – 7 working days within New Zealand. According to NZ Post, their target delivery is around 3 working days.

If your mystery box still hasn’t arrived by the 21st, be sure to drop us a facebook private message and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you as soon as possible.

Can I subscribe to more than 1 box?

You certainly can! Simply add them to the cart and checkout a per usual.

If you want to subscribe to more than one box of the same type (for example, 3 Surprise Me! boxes), you will need to go through the checkout 3 times. This is also your chance to put in a different address for each box if you want it to go to a different address. Some people do this to send the box to their friends and family.

Are there any extra fees or added costs?

All shipping and extra transactional costs are already calculated into the price. What you see is exactly what you’ll pay for. This means you won’t get any pricing surprises when it comes to checkout time.

However, you may incur a small transaction fee on your side when a payment is made to us, but that is between you and the bank (which is out of our hands).

How will I be charged?

We use PayPal’s Adaptive Payments which will automatically charge your credit or debit card on account to ensure that your subscription is processed without a glitch.

You can opt-out of automatic payments and manually pay for your subscription from your User Account if you want.

We do not hold any credit card details in our systems and all payments are processed through PayPal.

If you think you’ve been charged incorrectly or if you think there is an issue with your payment, please be sure to private message us on Facebook and we assist you as quickly as we can.

How secure is your payment system? And how do I know if my details will be safe?

We use PayPal as our transactions processing vendor. We do not hold any of your credit or debit card details on us.

PayPal is considered one of the pioneers of online payment systems and their levels of security are of international standards.

All automatic transactions are performed through the Adaptive Payments method and PayPal holds only the necessary details to process your subscription’s payment plans.

The only details we hold is what you’ve supplied us such as your address and contact phone number.

We will not share this information with any third party and will only use it for the purposes of getting your subscription box to you and any communications that may be required.

I don't live in New Zealand, can I still subscribe?

As long as the delivery address is a New Zealand address, you can subscribe to a Ladi Luxe box.

However, we currently do not deliver outside of New Zealand.
